About the logo

So, if you're wondering what the story behind my logo is, here it goes. First, I have just always loved the aesthetic of the cow skull. But on a deeper level, there's a bit of a back story. The longhorn skull represents protection from harm, and the ability to face fears/the unknown. This perfectly ties in with my motto "in omnia paratus//ready for anything" (see 'about' page for more info on that)! Also, the flower wreath represents centuries of different cultures wearing flower crowns, with the allusion to photography as a timeless art form. The logo also fits right into my blog, The Ivory Wreath! (ivory=bone, wreath=flowers). So there you have it, a totally cheesy but kind of rad explanation behind my logo!
